For our out of town guests that will be arriving on Friday, please join us for a Welcome Party at the Terrace Room in the lower level of the main lobby. We can’t wait to kick off the weekend with you!

Saturday August 8th, 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Join us for our ceremony on-site, located behind the hotel overlooking the grounds.

Seating begins at 4:00 PM.

Saturday August 8th, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Immediately following the ceremony, please join us on the patio next to the ceremony space for cocktails, light bites, and mingling.

Saturday August 8th, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

After cocktail hour, please join us for an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration. Let’s eat, drink, and dance the night away!

Sunday August 9th, 10 AM - 12 PM

We invite our overnight guests to join us for a morning-after brunch. Please enjoy a seated buffet as we gather once more before departing.
